Who is Ben Thompson?
Ben Thompson is a global entrepreneur, mentor, and the founder of Lead Within Academy — a platform built to teach the human skills schools forgot to include.
At just 22, he was working on remote waterproofing land sites across Australia. Soon after, he found himself in Christchurch, New Zealand — helping build portable housing for families displaced by the earthquake.
By 24, he was running his own construction company in the UK. A few years later, he built a tech startup that took him from Dubai to Pakistan — working with professionals, creatives, and founders from every background imaginable.
He’s coached those earning millions… and those just trying to get through the week. And if there’s one thing he’s learned after working across cultures, countries, and industries — it’s this:
